This is not true. FSR +2.00 is a more sophisticated reconstruction technique. What you might be talking about is FSR 1.0 which is just a spatial upscaler so it's extremely basic. FSR +2.00 doesn't use ai for its reconstruction algorithm to make the image look 4K so it's a bit more expensive than DLSS.
